Dr. Merrell Magelli
Co-CEO & Founder
Dr. Magelli has over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison, Medical Director, and Drug Safety Officer. She also served as Clinical Coordinator at Children's Hospital, Omaha, Nebraska where she was in charge of the Investigational Drug Study Program, P&T Committee Co-Chair, IRB Officer, and Board Certified Pain Specialist. Dr. Magelli has served as a faculty member at both Creighton University and Nebraska Medical Center. She is an accomplished entrepreneur, avid horse woman, and has been a nationally ranked trick water skier.
Paul Magelli
Co-CEO & Founder
Paul is serial entrepreneur having built businesses across across five industries including healthcare, communications, design, information technology, and education. As founder, he has led the formation, growth, and sale of private companies that serves some of world's largest and fastest growing enterprises. He enjoys building and leading teams and unlocking the potential of industry changing technologies.

Paul has also served and a Board Director and Chair for both private and public companies.
Kevin Hopp, JD
General Counsel &
Chief Regulatory Officer, Founder
Kevin has 30 years experience as an attorney leading his own firm. He is a specialist in corporate, regulatory, and real estate law.
